AI Training for Business Teams

Your team already has AI. Teach them to use it well

Most businesses now have someone using ChatGPT or Claude, often on their own, with no shared rules and mixed results. Some colleagues love it, some don’t trust it, and nobody’s sure what’s safe to put into it.

Our AI training changes that. We teach your team practical, everyday use of AI, built around the work they actually do, with clear rules on data and quality. Sessions run in person at our Derby office, at yours, or remotely.

AI Training for Business Teams

Speed Up And Get Efficient

Why train your team on AI?

Giving people an AI tool without training is like giving them a spreadsheet without showing them a formula. They’ll use a fraction of it, and some of what they do will be risky.

Good training turns AI from a novelty into a habit. Your people learn how to ask for what they need, how to check what comes back, and what never to share. We teach from experience: our own team went through the same journey, from a few enthusiasts to everyone using AI in their daily work.

What will AI training do for your team?

Confident users, not occasional dabblers

Your people stop trying AI once and giving up. They know how to get useful results and they use it every day.

Safe use, with clear rules

Everyone knows what can and can’t go into an AI tool, how to check the output, and when a person must sign off.

Skills matched to each role

Sales, operations, finance and marketing use AI differently. Training is built around the tasks each team does.

Time saved you can measure

We agree a few everyday tasks up front and help your team measure how much quicker they get, so you can see the return.

Less reliance on outside help

Your team learns to solve their own problems with AI and build simple assistants, rather than waiting for someone else to do it.

A team that spots the next opportunity

Once people understand what AI can do, they start finding new jobs to hand over. The ideas come from the people closest to the work.

Who is AI training for?

Leadership teams

Understand what AI can and can’t do, set the rules for your business, and make better decisions about where to invest.

Operations and finance

Use AI for reports, forecasts, data checks and process documents, with the care those numbers need.

Sales and account management

Prepare for calls, write proposals and follow-ups, and keep client records up to date in a fraction of the time.

Marketing teams

Plan, draft and review content in your brand’s tone of voice, and use AI for research and reporting.

AI champions

The people who’ll lead AI in your business, learning to build simple assistants and Claude skills, and helping colleagues get started.

Admin and support teams

Hand over the reports, data entry and chasing that eat into the week, and spend the time on customers and colleagues.

How does our AI training work?

Half-day workshop

A practical introduction for a team: what AI is good at, how to ask for what you need, how to check the output and the rules to follow. Everyone leaves with tasks they can use the next day.

Team programme

A series of sessions over a few weeks, built around your team’s real work. We set tasks between sessions and review the results together, so new habits stick.

One-to-one coaching

Focused sessions for leaders or the people who’ll champion AI in your business, including building simple assistants and Claude skills for their own work.

Where does the training happen?

Wherever suits your team. We run sessions at our office in Derby, at your premises anywhere in the UK, or remotely over video. Remote sessions work well for teams spread across sites; in-person sessions work best when you want everyone in the room, trying things together.

Every format uses your own examples, so your team practises on the work they’ll go back to, not on made-up tasks.

What does our AI training cover?

How to ask AI for what you need

Writing clear instructions, giving AI the right context, and refining the answer until it’s useful.

Checking what AI produces

Spotting mistakes and made-up facts, checking numbers and sources, and knowing when a person must review the work.

Safe use and your data

What’s safe to share, the data settings on each tool, and the rules your business should follow.

AI for your role

Real tasks from each team’s week, from meeting notes and reports to proposals and content.

Building your first assistant

Setting up a reusable assistant or Claude skill for a job you do often, so you don’t start from scratch each time.

Measuring the difference

Tracking time saved on everyday tasks, so you can see the return and decide what to tackle next.

What's included, and what isn't?

Every course includes a short planning call, training built around your team’s work, take-away guides and a follow-up session to answer the questions that come up once people start. It doesn’t include software licences, which you buy directly from the provider, or building AI tools for you. If you want that, see our AI automation services.

AI Training FAQs

All three. We use Claude most in our own work, so it’s where we have the deepest experience, but we train on the tool your business already uses. The skills, like giving clear instructions and checking the output, carry across every tool.

No. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can follow our training. We use plain English, real examples from your business and plenty of hands-on practice.

Yes, and it always is. Before each course we talk to you about your team’s work and the tools you use, then build the exercises around real tasks.

Yes. Safe use runs through every session: what not to share, how to check data settings, how to spot mistakes, and when a person must sign off. We can also help you write a simple AI policy for your business.

It depends on the format, the number of people and whether it’s in person or remote. We’ll recommend the right option on a free call and give you a fixed price.
