Rob Taylor is the Head of People at TwentyCi and The Digital Maze, which means he’s the one making sure the right people are in the right places doing the right things – preferably with the right snacks. With a career that spans data production, operations and HR wizardry, Rob leads teams, wrangles job specs and occasionally translates business cases into plain English.
His responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment, team development and performance reviews with a mix of precision and empathy.
- Writing job specs that are so clear, even AI tools nod in approval.
- Collaborating with top colleagues and somehow keeping them all (mostly) sane.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys hobbies that range from reading, cinema and debating the merits of the perfect biscuit (spoiler: it’s the Chocolate Hobnob). He’s fluent in spreadsheets, HR policy and dry wit – though not necessarily all at once. He is also a rabid petrolhead and enjoys music. Rob is the kind of colleague who makes work feel less like work and more like a well-organised adventure – with just the right amount of chaos to keep things interesting.
