Before joining the agency, he was SEO Manager at Sports Direct, and has worked across a wide range of industries, from ecommerce to lead generation. He currently leads a team of four skilled SEO professionals, driving strategy and performance across a diverse client portfolio.

Based in Belper, Neil is a dedicated Derby County fan and a keen cricket enthusiast, having previously worked at Derbyshire County Cricket Club. Outside of work, you’ll often find him in the gym or catching up on the latest match.

Meet our Technical Director, Liam. With over 10 years of experience in developing client websites, Liam is an expert in leveraging emerging technologies to create innovative and cutting-edge digital solutions. Liam has a deep understanding of the latest ecommerce web development trends, Woocommerce web development and software engineering and is well-versed in a wide range of programming languages, platforms, and frameworks.

Originally the Founder of leading Digital Agency in Derby, Frogspark (with Liam Nelson) and now the leader of The Digital Maze – our WordPress/Woocommerce & Performance Marketing business created off the back of acquisitions of Boom Online & Evolve Trader. Rob specialises in leading creative teams, high-level strategy relating to eCommerce, SEO, PPC, CRO, digital strategy and Web Design. With over 14+ years in the Digital Agency leadership, Rob has been involved with hundreds of marketing projects and campaigns with some of the best known brands.

Emlyn is a PPC Team Lead with over 7 years of experience in PPC. Having worked both in-house and agency-side, he brings a well-rounded understanding of what clients really need and how to deliver it. At The Digital Maze, he leads a talented PPC team, shaping strategy and driving performance across a wide range of clients. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Emlyn is a father of three and a big sports fan, often watching football or basketball. He also enjoys gaming and reading when he gets the chance.
