Technical Account Manager
As your dedicated Account Manager for hosting and support retainers, I’m here to keep things running smoothly. From handling technical issues and communicating updates, to managing requests and finding new ways to improve, I bridge the gap between teams and clients. I help ensure our services are reliable, our clients feel supported, and our internal goals align with their success.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on Xbox, chasing after my dog (and Adriel, my son!), or zoning out watching the fish do absolutely nothing. It’s the simple things.
