Yesterday, we were thrilled to witness our Head of Client Success, Lucy Bradley, receive well-deserved recognition for her amazing contributions to client services, at the "Happy Clients" event, hosted by Agency Hackers at the British Library in London.
Part of the event was set aside to celebrate the top 30 Client Services leaders across the UK, and Lucy stood out as one of only three individuals honoured on stage for their exceptional work in shaping client success. This recognition highlights Lucy’s dedication to transforming how we approach client relationships in digital marketing, delivering lasting impact, and exceeding expectations.
Since spearheading the creation of our Client Success team in 2021, Lucy has set new standards for client care. Her role in leading our highest-value client accounts has contributed significantly to our agency’s overall success.
