We love a good news day at The Digital Maze and today we're super happy to announce that we're extending our employee perks programme! From length of service rewards to enhanced maternity cover – we're adding a whole host of new employee perks to our already sizeable list.
These awesome changes reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a supportive work environment that meets the diverse needs of our valued team members, boosting employee satisfaction and wellbeing.

Length of Service Rewards:
To show our appreciation and celebrate our dedicated team members, we've introduced (and backdated) bonus holidays to say thank you for being wonderful!
Quarterly Activity Day:
Every quarter we're putting down our laptops and heading out on a wellbeing exercise. From walks in the peaks to various creative pursuits, our activity days are designed to promote a healthy work-life balance and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere among our team members.
Enhanced Maternity Pay:
We know, from experience, that when a little one comes along, the last thing you want to worry about is your finances or rushing back to work. Our new enhanced maternity pay adds a little peace of mind when you need it most.
Tech Scheme:
We've partnered with Currys to implement a new tech scheme – helping you spread the cost of smart home devices, computer equipment, TVs and more over 12 months.
We're really proud to add these four excellent new work perks to show our appreciation to both existing and new staff alike – we also think it complements our existing and extensive list of perks nicely too!
